Founder of SHARP FITNESS

Hi, my name is Santeri. I am a 23 years old Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ever since I was a kid, I've always been very active and athletic: I played tennis, soccer, karate and taekwondo recreationally. Even though I no longer play all these sports, I've retained my love of physical activity. Not only to maintain my beautiful shape (lol), but also because I want to preserve one of the most important things in my life: my health. For me, taking care of my health means: - regular physical activity - eating a balanced diet without going to extremes, whether to lose or gain weight - avoid becoming fixated on physical appearance, weight on the scales etc... - set up small daily habits to build a disciplined lifestyle and obtain long-term results. I decided to found SHARP FITNESS to help you take care of your physical and mental health. I really want to share all my knowledge with you, and I hope all the content here will help you feel better in your mind and your body.
